WHAT IS THE YAB?

City House provides emergency shelter and transitional residential services to children and young adults who are in need due to abuse, neglect or homelessness.

The Youth Advisory Board is a part of City House led by youth that are dedicated to creating a positive, stable community environment for young adults. Board members serve as ambassadors in many schools across Collin County, and research youth homelessness, domestic violence, substance abuse, and mental health in order to be able to educate others and work on projects regarding these topics. So far the YAB has run a "Beyond the Necessities" drive and made Valentines for the children and young adults at City House.

Any profit from this race will be going towards future YAB service projects to help Collin County youth.
